New Year, New Resolutions?!
Resolutions, really? I know, I hesitate to even bring them up. But it is a new year, and we’ll certainly hear other’s resolutions and may make some of our own. Of course, the rub is that they often don’t stick, and our normal routines stubbornly return. What are we to do?!
A few years ago, I created a “Vision Board.” They are a helpful way to picture the important things I’d like to see happen in the new year, and serve as a simple, visual reminder each day of what to focus on and pursue. One key I’ve discovered is keeping it simple. The time is going to pass, why try to cram too many things that you don’t really care about into your schedule? Keep it simple, step back, determine what is really of most importance in the new year. Find a few pictures that inspire you and keep that vision front and center throughout 2025. Wishing you the best in the new year! Maybe we can compare boards?
